Introduction to Calrik with Zoom

Calrik users can integrate their Zoom account to automate the meeting scheduling process

with their users. Connecting Zoom with Calrik allows users to select Zoom as a video

conferencing platform for an online meeting. When a Calrik user schedules a meeting, it uses

Zoom API to generate a Zoom Meeting URL. This Zoom meeting URL is displayed in Zoom

and User's calendar. This automation facilitates users to create a meeting in Calrik, create an

event in Zoom and add this information in Calendar to send an invite. Please advise if any

further information is required.

How to Add Zoom in Calrik

Here, there are steps to use Zoom on our Calrik Product.

Step 1- Login on Calrik with User Credentials. If you don’t have credentials then please

Step 2- You are redirected to the calendar page after successful login. Now you need to click

the integration button displayed on the following screen.

Step 3- As you saw on the following screen there is an option to connect Zoom on the

Integration page.

Step 4- After the successful integration of Zoom it displays the right side of the screen with a

connected Zoom account.

Step 5- As displayed on the following screen click on the “+” sign to create a new meeting on

Calrik.

Step 6- After clicking on the “+” sign following the popup will open & create a new meeting

as per your requirement.

Step 7- After clicking on “Create 1:1 Meeting” it displays another form as below screen &

you just need to select “Zoom” over there & click on the “Next” button.

Step 8- After clicking on “Next” another form will open it display another form & select the

date range over there & click on “Create Meeting”.

Step 9- Now the meeting is created & click on “Browse Link”.

Step 10- Select any time slot after that fill up the details & schedule a meeting.

Step 11- Now Meeting is scheduled & meeting is displayed on Calrik Calendar.

Step 12- Here is the Calrik calendar page & we can see there are all the meeting details &

zoom link there.

Step 13- if you want to disconnect Zoom. Please move to the integration page & there is an

option to disconnect Zoom on the right side.

How To Remove Zoom App from Calrik

● A guide to removing the Calrik app from your Zoom account. Notify the user of the

implications of removing the Calrik app, and how you remove their data.

1. Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.

2. Click Manage >> Added Apps or search for the "Calrik" app.

3. Click the "Calrik" app.

4. Click Remove.

Step 15- After Removing Calrik App Zoom Perform Deauthorized Notification and by using

this notification we disconnect that particular user account on Calrik.
